Invented by Eduard Haas III, PEZ started as a simple peppermint candy with a dispenser in the shape of a lighter. Soon after, head designs of licences topped the dispensers and became a collecting sensation, with hundreds of unique designs collected by people all over the world. PEZ has become a cult brand worldwide, with conventions showcasing the many different designs from both the past and present.
With new licences and characters being produced every year, PEZ continues to be a collector’s item for the young and old alike.
